Please note: the colours on the screen can always differ slightly from the actual colour. Leather is a natural product, so it is difficult to show the exact colour and structure. I often take several photos at different exposures to give the clearest possible image.
Use of materials
All leather is handpicked by me. I use different types of leather. As I want to see, feel, touch and smell the leather, I go to various tanners in the Netherlands where I choose the most beautiful colours and types of leather. Usually this is European cowhide. On request I can use recycled leather or leather remnants.
For the dog collars I use saddle leather and Pendleton wool.
For the filling of the Poufs I use sheep's wool of local sheep, mixed with pillow filling for better volume.
The Serafil yarns I use are 100% nylon.
Shipping and returns
All domestic orders within the Netherlands are shipped with track & trace for €6.75.
All orders to EU countries are shipped registered for €15.50 with track & trace.

General delivery information
I handle your order with care and make sure the products are well packed to ensure all orders arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to track and trace your order. I take no responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond my control.
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days, except for holidays (as I will announce on my site).
Products can be returned within 14 days. The refund only applies to the returned goods. All returned items must be unused, complete with original packaging.
Note: customized products cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Products purchased on sale are non-refundable.

I am not responsible for the shipping costs.
Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged to ensure a safe return. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service. I cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.

All Sand products are made and designed to last, should something break during normal use, please email me with some pictures to email@example.com. After seeing the photos, I will decide whether I can repair the product.
